• Safe Housing – Secure, stable living environment with support in rent responsibility and home upkeep

• Employment Support – Job readiness, resume help, career exploration, and long-term employment coaching

• Healthy Relationships – Building strong family and community connections through group activities and meetings

Mission: To support homeless young adults (ages 18–24) with medium-term housing and wraparound services that foster stability and independence.

Services:

• Scattered-site housing for up to 24 months

• Rental assistance, including deposits

• Weekly intensive case management and support

• Independent living skills classes and personal development

• Education, career planning, and community resource navigation

Lad Lake – Independent Living & Job Skills

Mission: To guide the growth of youth and families so they can reach their fullest potential.

Services:

• Support for youth ages 17–21 aging out of foster care or facing serious mental health challenges

• Independent living skill-building: housing, employment, education, and future planning

• Drop-in center and bi-monthly peer support events

• Access to services including healthcare, transportation, legal aid, crisis support, mental health resources  and parenting resources

• Connections Program of Lad Lake: Transitional living for adults, ages 17–21, who aged out of care from the Division of Child Protective Services.

• Short-term residential care and stabilization for teen girls in crisis, offering 24/7 support, trauma-informed counseling, and connection to long-term resources.

Mission: To provide resources, skills, and support that assist young adults (ages 16–24) in developing positive plans for their futures and achieving independence.

Services:

• Free resource center for young adults ages 16–24

• Computer lab, laundry facility, full kitchen, hygiene supplies, and small library

• Arts & crafts, recreation, social programming, and meeting space

• Music studio and onsite employment/interviewing opportunities

• Monthly workshops and community classes for skill-building

• 1:1 mentoring, job search, resume writing, financial literacy, and life skills groups

• Home of SEED and Youth MOVE National (POWER program ending)

• Youth-only day shelter with food, clothing, showers, laundry, hygiene items, and kitchen access
