Complete your circuit on a breadboard or in Tinkercad Circuits first.
Test out your circuit with your program uploaded to the ATtiny.
Transfer each component to the soldered breadboard.
Make sure to solder a dip socket to the breadboard, not the ATtiny. This will enable you to remove it in case you need to change the code.
If you are soldering battery wires, add hot glue so the wires won't break.
