Joint Seminar

The course provides students with a deeper understanding of the Chinese/Indian business, industrial, economic, social and political environment.

The Joint Seminar, based on bi-national team’s projects, creates an opportunity for Israeli and Chinese/Indian MBA students to gain practical experience of working together, producing a common ‘Consultancy Report’.

These bi-national teams could work on

• projects commissioned by Israeli and/or Chinese/Indian companies that wish to investigate opportunities to expand their activities in the other market.

• surveying an industrial branch in order to find potential collaboration between Israeli firms and Chinese/Indian firms.

Such “consulting job” includes the mapping of the industrial branch in both countries, the collection of relevant data and their analysis, a research on possible business cooperation between Israeli and Chinese firms in that branch, producing a written report including conclusions and recommendations and, finally, oral presentations of the said ‘Consultancy Report’.
