Schedule a make-up exam or quiz

1. Always talk to your instructor first. You must have permission from your instructor to take your test/quiz in the Access Lab. 

2. Fill out the form below OR contact jennifer.auge@hesston.edu to schedule a time to make up your exam or quiz.

3. Tell your instructor when you are taking the exam.

Test Proctoring hours are typically Monday-Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

When you come to take the quiz or exam:

• No notes, calculator, phones, smart watches, or other devices are allowed in the testing room UNLESS the instructor has left instructions that students are permitted to use them.

• No food in the testing room.  Drinks with a lid are allowed.

• You may leave your bag, phone, keys, and belongings in Auge's office.
