Victor Valley College Dual Enrollment Programs
The Early College Academy (ECA) is a one-of-a-kind opportunity for your student to complete college-level courses while in high school. This program is designed to help HHS students get a head start on their college education by taking college classes during the regular school day. Students who are a part of ECA are a part of a cohort. It is designed as a 3 year program with students starting in 10th grade and continuing into their Junior and Senior year. There is no cost for students in this program.
Victor Valley College courses taught on the HHS campus or online. These course are only available to HUSD students and are not open to the VVC general population.
These classes are separate from HHS Early College Academy (which requires an application and admission to the program, and takes place during the regular HHS school day).
There is no cost for students for CCAP courses.
Non-CCAP Dual Enrollment is where you take the college course directly through the community college. Students may take classes on a college campus or online.
