During your initial appointments, we will explore what brings you in for therapy and how we might work together to address your concerns. We'll discuss how your background shapes who you are today and collaboratively develop goals for therapy. You'll learn more about the therapy process and we will make a plan to work towards your goals. The intake process can last from 1-3 sessions. During that time, we will decide whether working together makes sense or whether your treatment needs would be better met in other ways.

Couples Counseling
You'll meet with me together to help foster open communication and work towards your shared goals.
