Description: Three-Dimensional Learning shifts the focus of the science classroom to an environment where students use disciplinary core ideas, crosscutting concepts, and scientific practice to explore, examine, and explain how and why phenomena occur and to design solutions to problems. We will look at a variety of manipulatives, including : Algebra Tiles, Algebra Lab Gear, number lines, and equation balancing supports, as well as a number of algebra games to increase engagement and infuse a little fun into algebra class!
