When I was young, people told me that a solid education consisted of "The Three R's!" They said those three R's were 'Reading', 'Writing', and 'Arithmetic'. I thought to myself, "Only one of those words starts with 'R' and if your think the other ones do, too, then you need help with the one that actually is an R!"

Years later, while I was pursuing my Bachelor's degree, someone told me about the three "C's" of education: Competence, Confidence, and Conscience. Those are the areas I work to help my fellow learners develop excellence in.
