A note to the scholars:
Please let me know if you need extra time on an assignment; I am generally open to allowing more time, but you must make the effort to let me know. If an assignment is not turned in by the end of the class, I will put a zero in the gradebook to let you know you are missing an assignment. The zero will stay in the gradebook until you complete the assignment, then I will change the grade in the gradebook accordingly. Please refer to the syllabus regarding late work.
My office hours are there for you to use in case you find yourselves having difficulty on an assignment or task. You can also use the time to get caught up on assignments you have missed. When you are not present in school, you are still responsible for turning-in your assignment. You will be given one extra day to complete an assignment; after that, it is considered late. Please check the syllabus regarding late assignments and how they are graded.
You are required to use Microsoft Office. ALL scholars at Heritage Academy have access to Office365 Education (for free) where you can access Microsoft Office Applications anywhere there is an internet connection. Excuses of not being able to use Microsoft office are generally not accepted.
