Eastern Elementary provides afterschool clubs and organizations including Academic Team, FPS (Future Problem Solvers) and STLP (Student Technology Leadership Program).

Our Academic Team and FPS teams have been the overall district winner 4 out of the past 6 years.

Four of our STLP teams went to the state competition in the 2022 – 2023 school year. As well as 3 STLP teams qualified for state finals in the past 2 years.

Our first grade students were 2024 State Champions in the Animation division for STLP. 

Other clubs include Garden Club, which was a finalist for the 2022 Beautify the Bluegrass Contest. As well as Running Club and GEMS (Girls Empowered + Motivated to Succeed).
