At Eastern Elementary we scored overall high in accountability on the Kentucky Summative Assessment.
Currently we are rated 146th out of 687 Elementary schools in Kentucky and are in the top 85.5% of all elementary schools.
To celebrate the success of our Colts we had a schoolwide GREEN day where students wore green and participated in a school carnival.

The average percentage of progress to annual typical growth in reading was 122% percent! These benchmarks show how much growh typical and reccomended to put all students on a path towards profciency or advanced proficiency.
Eastern provides competitive academic opportunities for students of all grade levels.
EES scored higher than the state average in almost all tested subject areas on KSA for 3rd - 5th grade.
Eastern also placed highest in the OVEC region for the following subject areas:
