CTSO Student Involvement

At Union Grove, we believe real learning goes beyond the classroom. Students are strongly encouraged to become active members of our Career and Technical Student Organizations (CTSOs): FBLA, FCCLA, FFA, HOSA, SkillsUSA, and NTHS. These organizations provide opportunities to develop leadership skills, gain hands-on experience, compete at local and national levels, and build connections that support future college and career success. By getting involved, students don’t just participate, they grow, lead, and prepare for life beyond high school.

FBLA

Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) at Union Grove High School is part of a dynamic statewide and national organization that prepares students for careers in business and leadership. As a member of Georgia FBLA, students have the opportunity to develop essential skills in communication, teamwork, and problem-solving through competitive events, leadership conferences, and community service. Union Grove FBLA members actively engage in experiences that connect classroom learning to real-world applications, helping them build confidence, professionalism, and a strong foundation for future success in college and careers.

Family, Career and Community Leaders of America (FCCLA) at Union Grove High School is part of a nationally recognized organization and an active member of Georgia FCCLA. FCCLA empowers students to develop leadership skills and explore careers related to family and consumer sciences through hands-on experiences, community service, and competitive events. The National FFA Organization at Union Grove High School is part of a premier student leadership organization and an active member of Georgia FFA.
