COMPLETED APPLICATION DUE By January 23, 2026. In order to be a WBL student you must apply to the program. To qualify for a WBL placement, a student must be in 11th or 12th grade and be at least 15 years old. Students must also have a defined Career Pathway (see Program Information document below for exceptions) in order to participate in a Work-Based Learning placement. This is especially important for successful completion of a student’s pathway in that their job placement is directly related to the curriculum of the pathway classes they have completed or in which they are concurrently enrolled.

To apply for WBL for 2026-2027, click the application link below. You also need two teacher recommendations, one CTAE/Fine Arts and one academic. You also need to email your counselor the counselor referral form. See the links below, and complete all 3 steps.
1. Teacher Recommendation Forms (x 2): Email this link to a CTAE/Fine Arts teacher, AND an academic teacher (https://forms.gle/WVDo1nFbaPpbEUAG9).
2. WBL Counselor Form: Email this link to your counselor (https://forms.gle/RuT2yh5ywBrg5v1h6).
3. WBL Application: Complete the application (https://forms.gle/DA3TgxtnjHmeh58k6).
4. You will be notified via Google Classroom and/or email if you are approved for WBL. Once you have received your acceptance, you will need to see Mrs. McClure to get your WBL paperwork packet. ALL PAPERWORK will need to be completed and returned by open house next school year.
