SCTC will now host a 1-hour virtual Employability Skills Seminar three times in the fall and spring—six sessions total for the school year for all WBL students across the district.

Each session will be offered once on its scheduled date from 2:30–3:30 PM to maximize student participation and minimize disruption to the school day. These sessions will cover the same key employability topics we’ve identified to be addressed each month (please see below), condensed into fewer but more dynamic experiences. They may include breakout rooms, SCTC team members, special guest speakers, and interactive elements to keep students engaged.
