Counselors will respond to emails Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-3:30 p.m. Please note that School-Based Mental Health Teams are not available to provide guidance, resources, or intervention services for mental health emergencies outside of school hours.
AFTER SCHOOL HOURS:

Additionally, HCPS partners with Care Solace to navigate the mental health care system on behalf of our students, families, and staff to find community-based providers and secure appointments as quickly as possible with the best care possible by phone, text, video chat, or anonymous search @ Care Solace - Henrico County Public Schools.
