Henrico County Public Schools’ closure for coronavirus can bring up a variety of questions for parents and guardians. That’s why the school division has launched a new hotline, to address questions from families. While many issues can be resolved by contacting your student’s teacher, counselor or principal, the HCPS Hotline call center will be staffed seven days a week from 8 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. by HCPS Central Office staff members who routinely respond to calls from families.
When you call, say you have a question for Henrico County Public Schools.
HCPS Hotline hours are 8 a.m. until 4:30 p.m., seven days a week.
There’s also a hotline for parents to call about computer and other technology issues with HCPS laptops and Chromebooks. Call the HCPS Tech Help Desk at 804-328-5207 and leave a message.
