Can students 'work ahead' or 'catch up' on physical activity hours? Is this too much exercise for my teenager?
Students are required to submit the daily physical activity (normally, around 5-7 hours per week). Changes to the personal fitness goals regarding weekly activity volume must be pre-approved by the instructor, and meet program safety guidelines.
Children and adolscents should participate in 60 minutes or more of physical activity each day, per the Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans.
