Overview
This course was created for the scenario- How could Adult Learning Theory apply to real estate? This is designed to be an asynchronous course with facilitator and adult learner interaction or a synchronous course.
Challenge
Design a short ten minute introduction course on Adult Learning for leaders in the real estate industry.
Create the course so that it can be delivered synchronous or asynchronous.
Solution
I wanted to model Adult Learning Theory when delivering this course so that the learner could see and experience how ALT can be implemented.
I assessed prior knowledge with a discussion board activity asking the learner what they know about ALT.
At the end of the session learners apply what they have learned and discuss how they could use ALT with their employees.
Result
Brokers in the real estate energy can foster a culture of learning with their adult employees.
