Hello from the University of Kentucky! I’m reaching out today to share important updates that could affect the college-bound students you support. 

Our Early Action deadline for high school seniors is coming soon, and we encourage you to share the information below with your students and their families. We want to make sure all future Wildcats have the greatest opportunity to be eligible for consideration for academic scholarships, competitive scholarships, and the Lewis Honors College. The Early Action deadline is December 1, 2024. Students can apply at applyuk.com.

We invite all high school students to join our mailing list! By signing up, students will receive essential updates about the University of Kentucky and a special series of unique stickers, perfect for laptops, phone cases and water bottles. This is a fantastic way for younger students to start learning about the opportunities available to them at UK. To join the mailing list, students can visit go.uky.edu/connecttouk.

We have been diligent this year, as in the past, about communicating directly to prospective students the need to apply early. Despite our efforts, given recent email delivery changes by some email providers, many students may not be receiving crucial information about application deadlines via email. We encourage you to share this information with your students, as we don't want them to miss out on any important deadlines. Please be assured that we are not finding deliverability issues once your students apply for admission.
