The Director
Adriane Ambriz is currently in his sixth year as the Band Director at Dartmouth Middle School in Hemet, California. As an educator, Mr. Ambriz has had the opportunity to teach studio instruction, clinics, and master classes to students throughout Southern California. He has worked with students as a private teacher for the Riverside County and San Bernardino County Honor Bands, a VAPA Studio instructor at La Sierra University, and worked with high school marching bands as a woodwind coach and marching instructor in the Alvord, Riverside, and Corona-Norco School Districts. Mr. Ambriz was also a Graduate Teaching Assistant at California Baptist University, where he had the opportunity to direct the CBU Lancer Pep Band and regularly work as an assistant conductor with the Symphony Orchestra, Concert Band, and Wind Ensemble.

Mr. Ambriz holds a Bachelor of Arts in Music Education from California State University, San Bernardino, pursued an Artists Diploma in Clarinet Performance from La Sierra University as a student of Dr. William Wellwood, and holds a Masters in Music Education From California Baptist University. Mr. Ambriz is currently working on his Doctorate in Music Education.
