Resilient Outcomes in the Community for Kids & Youth (ROCKY)
The ROCKY program provides a range of crisis-related triage services to children aged 21 and under in need of assistance, or their parent, guardian, or caregiver.
Diversion of persons in crisis to appropriate levels of care.
Requiring stabilization and/or therapeutic or recovery focused services.

C.R.E.S.T. & R.E.A.C.H.
The C.R.E.S.T. & R.E.A.C.H. Teams are part of the Crisis Support System of Care Program. These are field based teams consisting of Clinical Therapists, Behavioral Health Specialist and Peer Support Specialist working collaboratively with Law Enforcement & Emergency Department Personnel to decrease the need for inpatient hospitalizations as well as decreasing the amount of time that Law Enforcement & Emergency Department Personnel are dedicating to individuals in psychiatric crisis. The C.R.E.S.T. & R.E.A.C.H. Teams are able to work with individuals from all age groups.
Community Response Evaluation and Support Team (CREST)
CREST units work collaboratively with local Police and Sheriff Departments to decrease the need for inpatient hospitalizations as well as decreasing the amount of time that law enforcement personnel are dedicating to consumers in psychiatric crisis.
Any age person that is experiencing a psychiatric crisis.
Those with insurance and those without.

COVID -19 ASSISTANCE:
County residents who lost employment because of the coronavirus epidemic may receive up to $800 in job loss benefits that can be used to support housing, telework/internet access, transportation, and child care assistance.

Adults who have a disability or are over age 60 can contact Riverside County Office on Aging at (951) 867- 3895. Riverside County Office on Aging offers home-delivered meals and has an additional program rolling out soon.
Great Plates Program (Coming Soon): Seniors and adults who have a disability will be able to order meals from restaurants participating in the Great Plates Program. In the meantime, seniors can fill out an interest form online or call (951) 867- 3895 for more information.
Pandemic EBT (P-EBT) benefits will be available for eligible California families soon!
Children who are eligible for free or reduced-price meals at school will get extra food benefits. These food benefits are called Pandemic EBT or P-EBT benefits.
Families will get up to $365 per eligible child on their P-EBT card to use on food and groceries.
Families with children who get CalFresh, Medi-Cal or Foster Care benefits do not need to apply. Most will get their P-EBT card in the mail during the month of May. P-EBT cards will begin arriving in May, 2020.
Families with children who are eligible for free or reduced-price meals and who do not get their P-EBT card in the mail must apply online before June 30, 2020. The online application will launch in late May.
