Sight Words, 1st Grade

First Graders have a wide range of skills. In my class, sight words for 1st are adjusted to best meet the needs of the group. It will be a mix of words from our reading series, Dolch words, and other words frequently found in texts.

Most weeks, we will have 5 or 6 sight words. Please, please, please keep up with them weekly. It is easy to fall behind and tough to catch up!

For now, read through the K list and target any you don't know.
