Welcome to Hellgate Elementary's Early Learning Program (ELP)! We’re so excited to begin our third year of helping young learners grow, explore, and build a strong foundation for kindergarten and beyond.

Our program is designed specifically for 4-year-olds, with a focus on developing early literacy and numeracy skills through hands-on, purposeful play. We believe children learn best by doing, so every day is filled with engaging activities that encourage them to explore, create, ask questions, solve problems, and have fun while learning.

Whether we're reading stories together, building with blocks, exploring letters and sounds, counting and sorting, or learning through dramatic play, every activity has a purpose. Our goal is to nurture a love of learning while helping children build the confidence and skills they'll need for kindergarten.

Along the way, our students make new friends, practice important social-emotional skills, and discover that learning can be exciting! We strive to create a warm, welcoming classroom where every child feels safe, supported, and encouraged to grow at their own pace.
