MEET THE TITLE TEAM!
Mrs. Emily Jones, Title I Teacher
Hello! I'm so glad you're here! My name is Emily Jones and I am the Title I teacher at Hellgate Intermediate School. This is my 11th year as a teacher! In the past, I have also taught 3rd and 6th grades. I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education from Whitworth University where I also did Track & Field, and a Masters Degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Western Governor's University.
On a more personal level, I grew up in Washington State, but I have lived in Missoula since 2020. When I'm not at school, you can find my husband, Paul, and I exploring the outdoors with our big and goofy Golden Retriever, Tucker. During the summer, you'll likely catch me on a river with our vintage camper and during winter, I'm probably on one of Western Montana/North Idaho's many ski resorts!

Mrs. Diane Thornock, Title I Paraeducator
Hi! I’m Diane Thornock. I am excited to be working with Mrs. Jones. I have a Bachelor’s Degree from Brigham Young University. I’ve worked for Hellgate School District for 25 years and all of my children attended school here.
My husband, Rich, and I have lived in Missoula for almost 30 years! I love the beauty of our area. What an incredible place to call home! There is so much to do. I love to garden, go for walks, float the river, and be with my family. I have 4 kids, 13 grandkids, 2 dogs, and 1 cat. They are all so amazing and fun to be with.
