About Us

CrossFit HSS is a non-commercial affiliate on the campus of Helendale Secondary School in the high desert of southern California. We encourage our student-athletes to push themselves every day to become a better version of themselves; as the lessons learned from completing our daily workouts are relevant to life both inside and outside gym.

Thanks to the Helendale School District, the Silver Lakes Educational Foundation, and the CrossFit Foundation for their generous support in getting CrossFit HSS up and running for the 2019-2020 school year.
