Ms. Wear

I was born and raised in Keller, Texas, and earned my B.S. in Interdisciplinary Studies from Texas Tech University. Before becoming a teacher, I worked for three years as an educational aide in Keller ISD, where I discovered my passion for supporting and motivating students to challenge themselves and grow. I became a teacher because I want to make a real, lasting impact and help students build a better future for themselves. I chose KEYS because I connect with its mission, and appreciate being part of a close-knit campus. In my classroom, I focus on creating a structured, supportive environment where students feel challenged, respected, and capable of success. 

When I am not teaching, I enjoy spending time outdoors reading a good book or traveling to new places. I also have a six year old Xoloitzcuintli named Pepe, who I rescued from Acapulco, Mexico. He is full of personality, even likes to talk back, and is truly the light of my life!
