GT Summer Reading Assignment for The Outsiders:

*Summer reading assignment will be due on the second day of school! Students must have read the book, completed the assignment, and be prepared to do activities and test over the book.
GT English--Novels we will read throughout the year:
- These are the novels we will be reading in class throughout the year. Students ARE NOT required to purchase these. However, they may purchase their own copy.
Tunes for Bears to Dance To will be read in the fall semester. We will read some of it in class and some will be read independently at home.
Dust Bowl Research Project.docxOut of the Dust will be read at the beginning of the spring semester in GT classes, and will primarily be read on their own, outside of the class.
Call of the Wild will be the final book that we read in class for the school year. This one will almost exclusively be read in class, due to the higher-level content and vocabulary of the book.
