At the heart of our Career Readiness Initiatives is the Buinger Career & Technical Education Academy (BCTEA), a state-of-the-art facility dedicated to providing high-quality, hands-on learning opportunities across a wide array of career pathways. Through real-world learning experiences and partnerships with industry leaders,  HEB ISD equips students with the skills, knowledge, and credentials they need to thrive in today's competitive workforce.

CCMR Credit: Students who earn an industry-based certification (IBC) with completer status will receive CCMR credit. To obtain completer status, a student must complete at least 4 CTE credits in 3 or more courses, including one level 3 or 4 course in the same program of study.
