Khan Academy: https://www.khanacademy.org is a completely FREE site filled with instructional videos on almost every topic that will be covered this year (and for other subjects as well). I recommend it as an instructional tool for days that a student is absent or needs extra help beyond in class instruction.

A textbook is issued to students on the first day and this is the online version connected.mcgraw-hill.com.
