• Sessions offered now- Early December

• 20+ licensed SWANA therapists with sessions available in Arabic

• 8-10 Sessions per client

• Free of charge

Nature of Services

Short Term Therapy services may include:

• Short-term support for individuals experiencing mental health concerns.

• Brief interventions and assistance with emotional distress.

• Solution focused therapy.

• Referrals to appropriate professional services for more long-term or specialized care.

• Opportunity to set 1-2 goals that can be met within 8-10 sessions.

Please note that Short Term Therapy:

• Short term therapy is a brief process in which the patient is helped to identify the current problems, understanding the relationship between these problems and their emotional difficulties, and develop adaptive skills to solve specific problems.

• Mental health providers include post-graduate level clinicians that are Associates (pre-licensed), or fully licensed in specific states.
