People choose to volunteer for a variety of reasons. For some it offers the chance to give something back to the community or make a difference to the people around them. For others it provides an opportunity to develop new skills or build on existing experience and knowledge.
There is plenty of opportunity to become a volunteer with HEaRT and you will be provided with training as appropriate to the role (E.g. Sports Activators) there are a number of areas you can choose to be involved with. Details of all types of volunteering roles, and the commitment requested is available here.
If you would like to become a volunteer, please complete our online application form.
You will need to provide proof of your identity and depending on the role you are interested in, you may be required to undergo a DBS check. You can view all of our volunteer policies here.

"I have been shopping every week for a number of weeks now for a lovely couple. I have had no problems. It has been an absolute pleasure." Mrs S, past volunteer when the group provided support to residents during the Coronavirus Pandemic
"I think the group set up is amazing within the community" Mr T, regular volunteer
A thank you to the group from the Lord Lieutenant of Warwickshire
