Navigators are available in-person, on the phone and online to give you the help you need in selecting your insurance coverage.
How to schedule an appointment for Navigator Assistance
Go to www.kingcounty.gov/outreach. Enter your name, phone and language. Once you register for an appointment, you'll receive a confirmation email and a Navigator will email you back within 8-24 hours. Or you can call for an appointment: 1-800-756-5437.
Social distancing protocols
All of our in-person events do accept walk-in, however, face masks or coverings are encouraged. If you don't have a face mask or covering, we can provide you with one. We follow all social distancing protocols.
You may also qualify for Washington Apple Health (also called Medicaid) year-round depending on your income. You may also enroll in coverage if you have experienced a qualifying life changing event.
