HDMS Makerspace: Mission Statement
Our makerspace is a place where curiosity becomes creation.The mission is to empower our students to explore, design, build, and share through hands-on experiences. By encouraging creativity, collaboration, problem-solving, and thoughtful risk-taking, we give students the opportunity to turn ideas into something real—and to discover that they are capable of making, creating, and innovating.
3D Printing
Thanks to the generosity of the Hillsborough Community Thrift Store, the library has TWO Bambu Lab Mini 3D Printers. Students may submit their designs to Mrs. Petersen for printing via email spetersen@hdsd.org.

To my creators, please keep in mind:
Prints will generally be kept to a 60 minute print time.
Color choice is subject to availability.
All prints must be school appropriate.
