A Kindergarten Day looks a little different than the rest of the school or daycare. Check out these two slide shows to get ready for what your day at school will look like:
Kindergarten-Bus Package (Parents, this information package should answer all your transportation questions.)
For complete information about the bus, please go to www.haltonbus.ca. They can tell you if you live in an area that qualifies for busing, where your bus stop is, and the times for drop off and pickup.
Please directly contact YMCA School Age Child Care (SACC) at 905-632-5000, ext. 6236 or email burlington.sacc@ymcahbb.ca.
At CRB we have two nutrition breaks which is a great way to keep our lunches balanced. Just a reminder that our school is a Nut Free environment so No Peanuts, tree nuts. We ask that you help us take care of these students by packing lunches and snacks that are free from peanuts or nuts. Please read the label of any food you plan to send to school with your child. If the label says “Contains nuts” or “May contain nuts or peanuts” please do not send it to school.
All families must register for SchoolMessenger to report student absences online and set communication preferences for receiving messages from Charles R. Beaudoin Public School and the Halton District School Board.
Student absences for the current day must be input in SchoolMessenger by the parent(s)/guardian(s) prior to 9:30 a.m. but absences for future day(s) may be input into the absence system at any time. Please note that if a student is called in as "Absent" but later signs in at the school office upon his arrival, the student's attendance is automatically changed to "Late". For student safety, it is important students always report to the office when arriving late or if being picked up early by the parent(s).

Student Absence Reporting-School Messenger
If for any reason your child is late (make sure to call the Attendance line prior to 9:30 a.m. for the current day), they must enter through the front door of the school and go into the office to sign in as their Teacher will already have taken class attendance. They must obtain a sign-in slip at the office which the Student will give to their teacher when they arrive in class.
Firstly, advise the teacher by writing the information in the student's agenda, or a handwritten note, or email. When the parent arrives to pick up the student, please go directly to the office to sign out your child from school and wait in front foyer for your child to come to you.
