The summer office hours will be 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. The last day that the office will be open before the summer closure is Thursday, July 11. The office will be closed for the summer from July 12 to August 16 inclusive.

The office will open on Monday, August 19, 2024 from 7:30 am - 3:30 pm.

Student Registration Process

Diploma Pick Up Consent Form

This form is to be completed ONLY if you are unable to pick up your own diploma.

In completing the form, you are granting the school consent to provide your diploma and transcript, and the personal information included within, to the following individual.

Pick up dates are Tuesday, July 9 and Wednesday, July 10, 2024 from 9 am - 2 pm.

Students not Returning to GW or Students Starting after September 4, 2024

If your student is not returing to Garth Webb in September or if your student will be arriving at school after the first day on Wednesday, September 4, 2024, it is very important that you fill in the form linked below.

Please note that this form is not for students who are graduating this year and leaving Garth Webb after completing grade 12.
