Expectations

Or "Our Behaviour Commitments"

In our inaugural year at the reconstructed Martin Street, we created behaviour commitments as a school for the school. This is a practice that we have continued each year to allow students to have a voice in developing the 'rules' for our school. Our Common Expectations allow us to "Be Respectful, Be Responsible, and Be Safe," which provides a productive learning environment for all of us.

Martin Street Public School - Our Common Expectations

2022-23 (Will be updated for this year!)

Grade 4 is an exciting year and I hope that we can enjoy learning together in my class, while getting prepared for both the junior and intermediate years. In order to do that, I encourage students (and parents) to work with me - getting their work done, being respectful and helping out in the classroom when they can...if we all work together, it'll be amazing the things we can accomplish!!

**Please be sure to also read the "Homework" and "Learning Skills" sections of this website as more expectations for students are listed there!**
