Private training offers the highest level of individualization. Every session is tailored specifically to the athlete for accelerated progress, detailed coaching, and precise programming.

This is where most athletes see the best results. Each athlete follows a fully customized training program tailored to their goals, sport, and development needs - while training alongside a small group for added energy and accountability.

Why Development Programs?
Our strength and performance development programs are designed for small groups of 4–6 athletes, providing the perfect balance of individual attention and team energy. Each session is structured to help young athletes develop strength, speed, power, coordination, and athletic confidence, while teaching proper movement patterns that reduce injury risk.
