Mental Health Counseling

School counselors primary role is to assist students in three broad domains of academic development, career development, and social/emotional development. We provide students with tools and strategies necessary to assist them within these three domains.

School counselors however are not specialized in mental health.  When we see mental health concerns in our students we will refer you to outside counselors and/ or other specialists who are more equipped to help your child.

Please see the resources below for national, regional, and local mental health supports.
