Google Data Studio (GDS) is a tool that allows users to create customized visualizations and interactive reports. Like other Google products it's easy to control sharing with collaborators (editors) and users (viewers) within your school district, and when appropriate, with educators outside your organization. GDS is a FREE product for Google customers. Over the past year, we have found multiple uses for this business analytics tool in the education world to help us better serve our school community.

The Google Data Studio Reports and Templates below can be used by any school district in Ohio to quickly find the contact information for a neighboring district or to help administrators and teachers quickly break down state testing data. It is our goal to build a community of GDS users in our region by providing professional development and online user group meetings (starting in Fall 2021) and along the way continually expand our GDS reports and templates library.
