Hamburg Middle School hosted our sixth Family Food and Fitness Fair on Wednesday, March 22, 2023. Once again, we had healthy food tastings, fitness opportunities, exhibitors and prizes! The event included local businesses and organizations that exhibited in the cafeteria, as well as fitness opportunities like Mindful Kickboxing and cardio interval training. Families left with recipes, handouts, tips, new ideas for healthy living and maybe a prize!
