Academic expectations for technology class are that students should always strive to their fullest potential. They will be expected to learn about the following subject matter:

• Keyboarding and proper technique for typing
• Microsoft Office programs
• Google Docs/Spreadsheets/Presentations,
• Google Drive and Google Classroom
• Using the Internet and being safe while doing it
• Using Ipads and Chromebooks
• Creating websites and different Web 2.0 activities
• Coding

Behavior expectations for technology class are that students will follow the rules of the computer lab at all times. I use the ClassDojo website for behavior. I set a goal with the students, they have "x" amount of class periods to reach the goal and if they can they receive a reward of some sort.
