Below you will find the Acceptable Use Policy and the Web 2.0 Policy forms that all students in the school need to sign and return to Mrs. Eisenman. Acceptable Use Forms will be printed and signed by students and parents at the beginning of every school year. The Web 2.0 forms will last for a few years. Please make sure to fill out the correct one for your child's grade.

Students are not permitted to use the Internet at school until their forms are signed and returned.
