Yes! Parents/Guardians can sign up with observer accounts to have access to their student's Canvas. First SIGN UP for a Canvas account. Then, CONNECT YOUR STUDENT to your account.
You certainly can. Simply follow the steps outlined in THIS ARTICLE for each student you would like to connect.
There are multiple ways to login to Canvas as a parent. If you're using a computer/web browser, the url is http://hoke.instructure.com/login/canvas . You can also download the Canvas Parent app from both the iOS and Android app stores for use on your mobile device.

Students will access Canvas by logging in to my.ncedcloud.org or by visiting http://hoke.instructure.com and verifying with their Rapid Identity information. Elementary aged children will access NCEdcloud with a pictograph and secondary students will verify with an username and password.

To connect your parents to your Canvas account, you will need to generate a pairing code. Instructions on how to do that can be found HERE.
All of your assigned classwork will be available inside your teachers' courses which you can access via the course cards on your Canvas dashboard.
