In order to be successful for the upcoming cross country season, it is essential that you train properly over the summer. It is important that at the very least you build up your endurance so that you are ready to train hard come the fall. Become a member of our Mile Clubs. Awards will be given to members who make the 200 mile club, 300 mile club, 400 mile club, and the famous 500 mile club. Milage will be recorded through Strava. Join our group on Strava- Search Wilde Lake XC. You can enter your runs manually at strava.com or automatically by using the app. Here is a link to join our strava group.
