NEW IN 2025: Due to popular demand of the festival in 2025, the festival will be limited to 10 bands on a first-come first-served basis, and all others will be waitlisted.

Bands will be sent emails by September 8 with information on invoicing and payment, or waitlist status. Acceptance and attendance status must be confirmed by directors via email no later than September 19, and a $350 deposit ($100 for Title I schools) received no later than October 1 to hold your place in the festival. After October 1, unconfirmed spots will be released to waitlisted bands who will be notified on October 2.

Acceptance is first-come-first served until all spots are filled, after which there will be a waiting list.
