MID-ATLANTIC CONCERT BAND FESTIVAL
AT THE UNIVERSITY OF MARYLAND
A Music for All Affiliate Regional Music Festival
Saturday, April 10, 2027
The Mid-Atlantic Regional Concert Band Festival is not just another adjudication, but rather it is an experience for all students to share their hard-work and music-making in a supportive and non-competitive environment.
The Music for All National Festival, held in Indianapolis each year, is a prestigious event that high school bands from around the country apply to attend and perform. Now, we bring that experience to students here in the Baltimore-Washington Region and beyond.
Students will participate in the following events and activities:
30-minute performance in the world-class Delkelboum Concert Hall at The Clarice Smith Performing Arts Center
30-minute clinic with nationally renowned conductors
Master Classes on various topics relevant to students' needs and interests. 2026 master classes included topics on audition prep, performance anxiety, practice tips, technology, and more, all presented by some of the best area musicians and educators. View last year's clinicians and topics here.
Hear bands plus the University of Maryland Wind Ensemble
Meet students from all over the region and make meaningful connections with others who have a passion for band and great music-making experiences
