Volunteers for Bear Bash (NEEDED)
Volunteers needed for the BEAR BASH on 3/15 7-11 pm! Plus donations for our sweets and treats and games! Anyone volunteers the night of the event will receive exclusive entries into VOLUNTEER ONLY giveaways the night of the Bear Bash! Slots available for 30 mins or an hour! Sign up multiple times for more entries! (Must have a admission ticket to volunteer) Donors for sweets and treats will be contacted to set up arrangements! Thank you for supporting our Golden Bear Fair!
Bear Bash Silent Auction
This year's Bear Bash auction will be a little different that before. We will be fully online in an effort to streamline our checkout process and cater to a larger audience! Bear Bash attendees will be able to see items in person and bid on items by creating an account and then scanning the item QR Codes. Text message notifications will then be sent to alert bidders if they are outbid so they can bid again! No more running around at the last minute to see if you won!
Additionally, In person attendees will have access to some AMAZING ITEMS that are only available for those in attendance, so get your tickets NOW! (link below)
You can create your bidding accounts starting now whether you can attend or not. Attendees at the event will have an account created for them if they do not do it before the start of the event on the 15th.
All items will be added to the auction the week of the event and the auction will open for in person and online bidding starting at 7 pm on 3/15 and end at exactly 1030 pm. Items will be available for pickup that night for in-person attendees and within 48 hours for those bidding online. If you are not in attendance, we will contact you to arrange pick up. Payment is expected to be made at the close of the event by 11 pm through the site via credit card (preferred) or in person at the Bear Bash by cash/check only at the Ticket Booth.
We understand this is new and it is our hope that these changes will make the auction more efficient and easier for all involved! We appreciate your patience as we navigate this new process.
