Parent/Guardian Access Instruction Guides: English | Korean | Spanish
Student’s Family File (through HCPSS Connect) needs to be reviewed and/or updated every year. It is imperative that we have accurate, up-to-date contact information for students, parents, and guardians.
Staff are only permitted to discuss any individual student’s information (grades, schedules, etc.) with persons listed on Family File/Emergency Card.
How to Review/Update Family File
Parent/Guardian should log into HCPSS Connect
On the left menu, click on “Family File (Emergency Form)”
Click “Continue” to begin and use the arrows to move through the form
Student Technology Needs & Requests
Chromebook Needs – High School students in need of a Chromebook for the upcoming school year should complete the “Student Technology Request” in HCPSS Connect. Students are able to continue submitting requests throughout the year.
Parent/Guardian should complete “Student Technology Request” in HCPSS Connect
After completing the form, parents/guardians will receive a confirmation email with necessary information including pick-up location, date, and time.
Internet Needs: Any family without internet access should indicate this when submitting the "Student Technology Request" (directions below). HCPSS is working with Bright Minds Foundation to provide a very limited number of hotspots, and a partnership with Comcast Internet Essentials program for reduced-cost internet access.

Parents/Guardians should log into HCPSS Connect. Requests need to be made through the parent/guardian HCPSS Connect account for each student (top right corner of screen)
From the left menu, select "More Options" (last choice)
Choose "Student Technology Form" (center of the screen)
Use the drop down arrows to indicate the Technology Requested for each student. Changes are saved immediately.
Having trouble submitting a technology request? Email Hammond_HS@hcpss.org.
At this time HCPSS has a limited stock of Chromebooks available.
Chromebook requests need to be prioritized based on students’ access to personal devices meeting the minimum requirements.
Parents/guardians of students requesting Chromebooks will be emailed individually with pick up information as their student’s Chromebook is available. However, additional devices may not be available until the next shipment of new Chromebooks arrives.
