Students interested in applying to college are encouraged to keep their grades strong and classroom attendance and behavior positive.
Students receive lessons on college exploration and application in grade 11 and 12.

If you are in the 11th or 12th grade and taking one or more college courses, you are able to request release time. This can be used for purposes like class attendance, schoolwork completion, or obtaining support in class(es).
You are strongly encouraged to discuss your HCC plans with your school counselor before enrolling in any courses.
Please meet with your school counselor before turning in a college release request form.
