Our Caregivers

At Healthcare Plus Private Care, we recruit experienced individuals with character and personality. We carefully select caregivers who are knowledgeable, compassionate, dependable and trustworthy. Our caregivers undergo thorough screenings and background checks in compliance with the Health Care Worker Background Check Act [225 ILCS 46] and the Health Care Worker Background Check Code (77 Ill. Adm. Code 955). They are bonded and insured.

Being the employer, we assume all responsibility for the payroll, taxes, social security and workers' compensation. In addition, we continuously provide our staff with a multi-phased training program to make them extraordinary caregivers.
